I wonder why a Palestinian tried to depict Obama as a joker despite of his firm pro Palestine stand.

Its all because of power purposes and the nuclear plants would produce electric energy to meet the demands of energy. There is nothing like nuclear race in the region because Turkey and Iran are not adversaries.
